The Witch of Wind is the boss encountered on level 32, the final level of the Battle City area of the Dream World. Her Goddess alter ego is Kasumi Takahashi.
 When encountered as a boss, she fights by {insert stage tactics here}.
Once all of her memory fragments have been collected, she is added to the Divers available as a four-star earth diver, Attack type, with a leader skill called Beast Mode, which increases diver Attack 1.3x (sic, it appears this actually means attack is 1.3 times normal), and an action skill called Southern Cross, which destroys a cross area of gems and does 2x Earth damage to one enemy.
